I was born on February 17, 1967 in Monrovia Liberia, West Africa, unto the union of Mr and Mrs Ceasar W. Harris.(Deceased). I have 4 siblings, 3 residing in the United States of America and one in Liberia. I am married with a wife and daughter.
As a result of the civil unrest in Liberia, I dropped out of College and migrated to the United States of America in search of a better future in January 2000.
In 2001, I enrolled at Livingstone College in Salisbury, NC as a transfered student from A.M.E. Zion Community College in Liberia and graduated in 2003 with Bachelor of Arts Degree in Computer Information Systems.
Not being satisfied with my academic achievements, I enrolled at Strayer University in 2009 and graduated in 2011 with Master Degree in Business Administration.
Still not being happy about dropping out of College in 2000 to travel to the United States, I returned to Liberia in 2015 and continued my studies in Criminal Justice Administration. In June 2017 I grauated with Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from A. M. E. Zion University in Liberia.
